Staying at the conference hotel

Accommodation will be reserved for registered speakers according to their registration form.

Registered participants are requested to make their bookings as early as possible. Please mention that you are participant at this conference when you do your booking. Please note that there is only a limited number of rooms in our allocation until July 1. You have to book the conference package at the Hotel Jagdschloss Niederwald for a price of 407 EUR which includes lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, and the admission to the conference room. 

Participants are responsible for settling their hotel bills directly with the hotel on departure.

Extras, such as drinks, telephone calls etc. are not included in the price.

Participants not staying at the conference hotel

Staying at the conference hotel is very much recommended. Participants may stay at a different hotel or B&B in Rüdesheim. You have then to book the conference package at the Hotel Jagdschloss Niederwald for a price of 407 EUR which includes lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, and the admission to the conference room. Please check in at the conference hotel's reception on arrival on the first day.

The hotel conference package has to be paid to the hotel directly.

Extras, such as drinks, telephone calls etc. are not included in the price.

The hotel accepts MasterCard and Visa (but not Amex or Diners Club).

Location

The hotel is located on top of the Rheingau heights of Ruedesheim.

By plane to Frankfurt (Main), Cologne or Dusseldorf

Rüdesheim is located ca. 50 km west of Frankfurt airport which can be reached by almost all airlines from Europe and Overseas. Other airports close to Ruedesheim are Cologne and Dusseldorf.

From these airports, it is then possible to travel by train via Mainz and Wiesbaden to Ruedesheim.

Low-price airlines fly to Hahn airport from where bus connections to Koblenz, Mainz and Frankfurt are available.

By rail

Travel to Rüdesheim via Frankfurt central station (Frankfurt/Main Hbf) or to Mainz-Kastel (direction Wiesbaden) and take a taxi to the Jagdschloss Niederwald Hotel. At Frankfurt central station take the train VIA RB10 to Rüdesheim/Rhein (direction Neuwied). For Main-Kastel, take the S9 (direction Wiesbaden) and change to the train VIA RB10 to Rüdesheim/Rhein (direction Neuwied).

At Rüdesheim train station it is recommended to take a taxi as the Hotel Jagdschloss Niederwald is not located within the city of Rüdesheim but on top of the heights.
