Participants are requested to register for this conference by using the registration form
provided below.

If you like to apply for presenting a poster, please use the same registration form and complete the corresponding fields.

Conference Registration Fee

The conference registration fee is EUR 200.

Poster presenters are waived the conference registration fee.

Participants are responsible for paying any bank charges.

When you register, you accept our Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Conditions for our conferences.

Refunds for cancellations cannot be made after June 2, 2025. Any refunds will be paid after the symposium and subject to a EUR 50 administration fee.

If you have to cancel, please note, that registrations may be transferred to another member of your organization at any time.

Please note: Registered participants who plan to stay at the conference hotel are requested to make their bookings at the conference hotel as soon as possible.

Please refer to Accommodation for further details on the location and prices for the overnight stay and conference package of the conference hotel.
