Important Information for Participants

The following information is intended only for participants who wish to register for the workshop.

The Workshop is limited to max. 15 participants. and the registration is on a first-come first-served basis.

Registration

Register by sending the downloadable form below to the organizer at: eduprojects@beilstein-institut.de

By registering, you accept our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct for the symposium, and Privacy Policy.

On the second page of the registration form, you will find our Declaration of Agreement. Due to data protection regulations, we ask for your permission to store and use your contact details as provided in your registration form for the purposes defined therein. Only registration forms that include the completed second page will be considered complete upon receipt and confirmation.

Workshop Package

The Workshop Package includes costs of the workshop, venue and the catering (lunch, two coffee breaks and dinner) and is covered entirely by the Beilstein-Institut.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation.

Accommodation

Staying at the conference hotel is optional but recommended.

Rooms have been initially reserved at the conference hotel for participants until July 26, 2026. When booking, please mention that you are attending the event ("Beilstein Workshop 30.10").

All hotel bills are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participants. Most standard payment methods are accepted.

Alternative accommodation is available in the city.
