Conference Registration Fee and Registration

The conference registration fee is EUR 200.

The conference registration fee will be waived for poster presenters.

The registration fee should be paid to the following account:

Please state the names of the participants and pisystems on all transfers.

Participants are responsible for paying any bank charges.

If your are faces with technical issues with the transfer of the fee, please contact us.

Refunds for cancellations cannot be made after October 27, 2023. Any refunds will be paid after the symposium and subject to a EUR 50 administration fee.

If you have to cancel, please note, that registrations may be transferred to another member of your organization at any time.

Please note: Registered participants are requested to make their bookings at the hotel as soon as possible.

Please refer to Accomodation for further details on the location and prices for the overnight stay and conference package of the conference hotel.

Due to data protection rules we are asking for your permission for storing and using your contact details as provided in your registration form for purposes defined in that form. Please complete, sign and return this Declaration of Agreement form together with the registration form to the given address.
