General Information

The symposium will take place at the Dom Hotel, Limburg, Germany

The meeting will be held
from November 7 to 9, 2023
with November 6 and November 10 for traveling.

In the evening of November 6 there will be a welcome reception at 7 pm followed by dinner.

The scientific program will take place over three days and will start in the morning on Tuesday, November 7, and will end in the afternoon on Thursday, November 9.

The setting and the limited number of participants provide a very convivial atmosphere for the ready exchange of thoughts and ideas.

The conference, lunches and dinners will take place at the hotel. The language of the symposium is English. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly.

Names, institution addresses and email addresses of participants will be published in the abstracts book that is handed out to all participants at the symposium.

Photographs may be taken during the symposium which subsequently may be published on the Beilstein-Institut website.

Costs for attending the conference

(registration fee and conference package):

 

The conference registration fee of EUR 200 has to be paid to the Beilstein-Institut. This fee is waived for poster presenters after acceptance of their abstract.

The conference package of EUR 431 covers the costs for all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks during the meeting and the access to the conference room and is mandatory for attending the conference. It has to be purchased directly at the Dom Hotel Limburg whether you are staying overnight at the conference hotel or at alternative accommodations.
