If you are an invited speaker, no action is required here, as your arrangements are being handled separately.
The Conference Package listed in the table above is mandatory for all participants.
It includes venue access, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks on the days indicated.
Please arrange your booking directly with the hotel and pay this fee no later than upon arrival.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation.

Staying at the conference hotel is optional but recommended.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for participants until the deadline mentioned above. When booking, please mention that you are attending the conference.
If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you are still required to book the Conference Package with the venue hotel.
Alternative accommodation is available in the city.
On arrival, please check in at the hotel reception to collect your conference materials.
Extras such as drinks, phone calls, or other personal expenses are not included and should be paid directly at the hotel. Most standard payment methods are accepted.
