Poster Session and Software Demo

Call for Papers

This Beilstein Glyco-Bioinformatics Symposium provides young scientists the opportunity to present the latest and hottest results from their research
with either a poster and a short oral presentation or a software demonstration.

 

The organizers would be pleased to receive your application for one of the few slots by sending your abstract to glycobioinformatics@beilstein-institut.de.

 

The Call for Papers for presenting a poster is closed now.

Deadline for abstract applications for software presentations is extended to May 26, 2023.

Abstracts

Abstracts for the software demonstration should be submitted electronically by May 26, 2023 to the following email address:

glycobioinformatics@beilstein-institut.de

Please state 'Software Demo Proposal Beilstein Glyco-Bioinformatics 2023' in the subject of your message. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, or hard copy.

Please note that poster abstracts can only be considered for scientific review if they are accompanied with the submission of the completed registration and application form for the poster/software presentation.

The receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated email address. If you do not receive the confirmatory email within
24 hours, please contact us at:

Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed
300 words / 2000 characters (including spaces and excluding title and contact information on authors). The abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the organizers for both poster presentation/software demo and a short oral introduction
(5 slides, max. 2 minutes).

The applying authors will be notified if their abstracts are accepted by May 31, 2023. Presenting authors are waived the conference fee.
